You acknowledge that CrorkService offers different services with different prices ("packages") and you will only receive the services that are included in the plan you agreed with the corresponding fees. 

4. You agree to be solely responsible for the authorized or unauthorized access to the information you provide to CrorkService. If any unauthorized access is notified, you must notify CrorkService immediately. 

5. Confidentiality

1. We’ll keep all of your details top secret - we’ll only give the information to our employees that is necessary to enable them to carry out the tasks we’ve agreed with you.
2. We’ll ask you before we publish the fact that we’ve worked with you on our website. You’re under no obligation to agree to this but it’s very much appreciated if you do and of course, we’ll also ask you to approve what we write about you. 

3. Your email address will never be shared with any 3rd parties. You will receive our emails containing our new offers and packages like our other customers.

6. Refund Policy. If we do not deliver on time the promised SEO services, you may ask for a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, Crork SEO Agency does not issue refunds of any fees for any reason, except in the case of a material breach.

NOTE: Crorkservice does not provide refunds for unused money on your account balance. Therefore, we advise our clients to replenish an account with the money you plan to spend.

7. Payment processors. You agree to contact Crork SEO Agency support first if you have any complaints, inquiries, or disputes related to payments, subscriptions, or invoicing. If you initiate a dispute or claim through one of our payment processors, without first contacting Crork SEO Agency support, you give us permission to terminate your Crork SEO Agency account.
